  • Baby Fashion: Tootsa MacGinty, Boys&Girls and Phister and Philina

Excuse me whilst I have a little cry, because WE HAVE JUST PACKED UP THE 3-6 MONTH CLOTHING.

But it’s not all dreadful because some of my favourite clothing items are in their 6-9 month wardrobe, such as the bits below.

Both boys in Tootsa MacGinty jumpers.  On the bottom halves, Balthazar is wearing Boys&Girls and Lysander is wearing Phister and Philina.  With the exception of Lysander’s trousers they’re wearing all British brands today.  Again with the exception of Lysander’s trousers, both outfits are marketed as unisex.

I love that these outfits are bright and playful without being overpowering.  That’s one of my favourite things about Tootsa MacGinty – how their designs can be childish without seeming immature.  I find all of their clothing to be utterly charming and snap pieces up whenever I can.

People keep telling me that Balthazar (pigeon jumper) is my small male clone.  I couldn’t really see it until I studied these pictures but actually, I think that they’re right!  It’s funny because he doesn’t look like me as a baby at all but rather he looks like me now.  How funny.  Lysander is half the maternal side of my family and half the donor – he has the donor’s gorgeous pale eyes.

i love some lovely baby fashion! We have the Boys&Girls print on Balthazar’s leggings as a T-shirt for Thomas and I’m in love with it too!

Oh their outfits are always so so lovely.
I complete agree though about Balthazar being your mini male-clone…especially on the second from last photo xx
