What do you wear to your first ever festival?
When the lovely ladies at Little Green Radicals heard that the twins were off to Rawfest, they knew exactly what the boys should wear. We were super excited when they offered to dress the twins from their Slogans range, providing adorable eco-friendly bodysuits that married up perfectly with Rawfest’s all-natural ethos.
I’ve loved Little Green Radicals since the twins were tiny so I was thrilled to hit it off with the faces behind the brand at Bubble London earlier this summer. It’s always so nice when people whom you vaguely know on the internet turn out to be just as nice ‘in real life’ and great fun when a brand ‘gets’ your vision to the point where they’re suggesting ideas that you just haven’t had a chance to email them about yet!
We were sent a generous parcel consisting of four bodysuits and two bibs. The bodysuit slogans said ‘Free range’, ‘Rare breed’, ‘Stop the wailing’ and ‘Locally produced’. We had actually owned the ‘Locally produced’ bodysuit in a much smaller size and dressed one of the twins in it to visit the IVF clinic at which they were made. It was lovely to see it again! The bibs said ‘I only eat organic chips’ and have been a source of much merriment amongst my family and friends. (They haven’t actually tried chips yet, organic or otherwise.)
Little Green Radicals runs large, at least on my children. This is a definite positive generally as it means that you get lots of wear from this hardy brand, but it did mean that the twins were swamped in the 9-12 month bodysuits. Not to worry, because we love them and you’ll get to see them on the twins quite a bit over the coming months as they grow into them a bit more! The slogans would be much clearer if the twins were a little bigger to properly hold the material in place.
Slogans are a tricky thing to get right and I’m as tired as the next person of the ‘Little Monster’, ‘Happy Girls are the Prettiest’ variety that one tends to find on the High Street. These are of a different variety, a ‘rare breed’ unto themselves and they make me smile every time I read them.
Do you own any Little Green Radicals? You should definitely check them out.

aww they’re so cute! I’ve had some of the locally produced range since Kitty was tiny and yes it’s so nice to have a break from “Daddy’s little princess ” which always set my teeth on edge. I hadn’t seen the organic chips bibs, I might see if Father Christmas wants to get one for Pip, it would be perfect for him. And while we’re talking beautiful baby clothes, have you discovered Catimini?
What gorgeous boys! I loved Little Green Radicals when Miss C was small enough to wear their clothing.
Oh every time you post pictures I love them more than the last ones. These are totally heartmelting. Fab clothes too, especially the bibs xx
