This year seems to have flown and I can’t quite believe that this is the penultimate Siblings post before we finish for the year and move into 2016. We celebrated the twins’ first birthday recently and have been discussing whether one-year-olds are still babies or whether my small people are now tiny toddlers.
At one, the twins are very aware of each other: whilst they have many little games that they enjoy playing together they also experience jealousy when one is held and the other isn’t, and they always want the toy that the other twin has! They show each other things (and promptly have them taken if they don’t snatch them back quickly enough!) and Balthazar in particular tries to encourage his brother into all sorts of naughtiness, which often ends up with Lysander bruised and crying if we don’t catch them quickly enough as he is not nearly so physically coordinated as Balthazar! They like to sit together to look through books but promptly crawl off in opposite directions the minute that I pull out the camera!
This month I’m sending you to visit my friend Keri-Anne, who takes the most gorgeous, ethereal photographs of her beautiful little girls. Once you’ve read her post she’ll send you on to somebody else until eventually you’ll complete the circle and come back to me – isn’t that fun?
If you have Siblings Project pictures for this month we would love for you to join in by linking up below:

Well mine is still a baby so that means yours are definitely still babies! I’m not ready to relinquish the title and move into toddlerhood just yet 🙂 the boys are getting more and more gorgeous if such a thing were ever possible and I love all the rainbows (especially the blankie, did Kirsty make it?)
Oh Amber, these two always melt my heart!!!!!!!! Their smiles are so infectious x
These photos are enough to brighten any November day. Just gorgeous – I love their coats! x

Bad blogging friend alert, but I always get totally confused as to who is who…. I just love how he is standing up all chuffed with himself. And the grins they both have! They are so happy. WE MUST arrange a playdate!
I love your photos every month. The bright colours and their cheeky faces! Just SO gorgeous.
‘A picture is worth a thousand words’
These pictures connect with the boys sense of fun, and show their personalities perfectly. The Angel and the Imp.
I love the coats. They are so cute and I love hear about their twin relationship. (I have a twin sister.) Look forward to hear about your Christmas adventures.
I am not sure I have ever seen such cheeky smiles! They give LJ a run for her money! The third one is my fave!! xx

I think these are my favourite of yours ever Amber- so colourful and they capture their emerging personalities perfectly. I adore their little coats! And totally I think one year olds are still babies- I didn’t class LL as a toddler until she was 2. 😉 I could have been in denial though! x
Look at those faces! I love those coats. They will always be your babies, even when they are 18 ;0) x
Such beautiful boys and incredible photography x
Such beautiful photographs of two such beautiful little people. Squidge is 20 months old now and even though he is most definitely a toddler I still of him as my baby.
